Intel Extreme Masters season 16 Fall Europe is a regional CS:GO tournament held by ESL, in sponsorship with Acer, DHL, Monster Energy, Intel, 1xBet and Coinbase. The tournament took place in Stockholm, Sweden, at the Quality Hotel Globe. The overall prize pool was 105,000 USD. The dates of the tournament were: 29 September 2021 - 10 October 2021.

24 participating teams were also competing for ESL Pro tour points. The winner of the tournament was ENCE, who took home $27,500 as well as 500 ESL Pro tour points.

The format of the tournament had the following look:

Group Stage:

  • Four round-robin format groups

    • Each group had 6 teams

    • All teams played each other once

    • All matches are Bo1

  • Playoffs:

    • Single-Elimination bracket

      • All matches (excl. Grand Final) were Bo3

      • The Grand Final is Bo5

    • Tiebreaker matches were played for all placements.
