Analyzing the final Marvel What If...? cameos. Each of these is a variation of a familiar character. Because of Kahori and Captain Britain, these are all the last cameos that were left out of the three seasons of the show. Behold!

Spider-Man with six arms

A mutated Spider-Man has grown six arms, most often resulting in a monster spider. This has happened in the comics, but Spidey fans know about it primarily from the Neogenic Nightmare story arc from the 1994 animated series.

Ghost Rider Shogun

This Ghost Rider rides into battle with a flaming katana riding a flaming horse. Judging by the design elements, this could be a Robbie Reyes variant. In fact, any Rider, including the new one, since the Spirit of Vengeance constantly changes bearers.

The Punisher Riri Williams

Ironheart Variant. In some world, Riri Williams has become the Punisher. And since it's a genius, instead of the usual set of guns, Williams' Punisher is laden with technological weapons. At some point, Marvel will be releasing an Ironheart TV series that was filmed a couple years ago.

Bride Gamora

The warrior from Guardians of the Galaxy tried on a wedding dress and is ready to chop enemies with her trusty sword. The obvious reference is Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill. So we've come up with this variation of Gamora taking revenge on Thanos for the thwarted wedding and death of her loved ones.

Moon Knight: Vampire Hunter

A variant of Blade who became the Fist of Khonshu. This Moon Knight looks like Mahershala Ali (the movie Blade will be released at some point) and will appear in the Marvel Zombies animated series, so we'll get his story yet.

Thanos the Wolverine

This Weapon X is a mix of Thanos and Wolverine. The question is, which prevails - Logan's origins or the Mad Titan's story? One thing is clear: Marvel loves mashups with Wolverine.

Iron Man Kingo

Iron Man KingoImage: ensigame.com

The Eternals as a team are officially dead for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Kingo keeps popping up here and there. Apparently, Kumail Nanjiani just likes the bosses, so Kingo may even become Iron Man.

Ms. Marvel Wasp

Kamala Khan got the Wasp costume, so now the Inhuman and first mutant of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is still loaded with Pym particles as well.

Supreme Wizard Maestro

Dr. Strange keeps losing the title of Supreme Wizard, in the comics now it's Dr. Doom in general. So the option where the genius evil old Hulk Maestro got magical powers doesn't sound like a wild card at all. What if there's a universe where Bruce Banner trained as a magician to control the Hulk?

The Scarlet Witch Howard the Duck

It just so happens that the episode about Howard the Duck pulling a Kat Dennings, after which she gave birth to an egg, is the best of the third season. That says a lot about the series as a whole. So the option that Howard got Scarlet Witch powers and became the Scarlet Witch is also a possibility, because all the Howard the Duck comics are a hell of a lot of fun.

Hawkeye Dragon

Did Clint Barton become a dragon? Was Clint Barton born a dragon? Who knows, but we're betting on magic, because even his arrow is kind of magical in this art. Plus let's not forget the whole Marvel universes where superheroes are furries.

Silver Surfer Jubilee

In one of the worlds Galactus has made his messenger mutant Jubilee. Considering that the new Fantastic Four movie decided to use a female version of the Silver Surfer + Marvel ran a whole series of similar comics, it's no surprise.

Captain America Skrull

If Secret Invasion had been filmed properly, we would have gotten this. But it was filmed the way it was filmed. And in another world, Captain America turned out to be Skrull, who is armed with the double shield from Avengers: Infinity War. All in all, the image came literally from the cover of Marvel's original Secret Invasion comic book.

Howard Stark is having an affair with Cersi

Another Eternal and again Howard Stark. Kingo was in a movie with Iron Man's father, and in another world, Howard had an affair with Eternal Searcy. Where would that have led? Ask the Observer.

Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe

Deadpool is armed to the teeth. We bet he's ready to kill off one of the Marvel universes since the publisher keeps putting out comics like this.

Hela raised Thor's hammer

In this universe, Hela became the ruler of Asgard and escaped everything that happened to her in the original Marvel Cinematic Universe. She previously appeared in the VR game What If...? - An Immersive Story. In the game, she stole the Time Stone and teamed up with the Heroes of the Multiverse to stop the Scarlet Witch of Infinity.

Star Lord Shang Chi

We don't have a sequel to the Shang-Chi movie, but we do have a mashup with Star-Lord. Given that 10 Rings is cosmic in origin, it would be cool to see a version of Guardians of the Galaxy where Shang-Chi was kidnapped from Earth rather than Peter Quill.

Loki in the Wild West

Loki in the Wild WestImage: ensigame.com

In the animated series, a variant of Shang-Chi became a legend of the Wild West, but what if in the future he would have faced Loki there as well?

Wanda, the Scarlet Witch of Infinity

This Scarlet Witch variant is also from Marvel Studios' What If...? - An Immersive Story. She tricked Vong and the heroes of the Multiverse to collect the Infinity Stones and save Vision from death, becoming the powerful Infinity Witch.

Nova

The last two characters are very hard to distinguish, but you can see the Nova Corps symbol here. Word of mouth about Marvel wanting to make something about Nova has been going around for years. One day, Richard Ryder or Sam Alexander will show up.

The figure with Hela's crown

You can barely make out the last figure, but the Internet thinks it's Hela (because horns) and Ant-Man's daughter Cassie Lang (because purple costume).

That’s all, folks!
