Their melee attacks and the way they swarm soldiers pose a significant threat to the democratic squad. Be especially wary of the corrosive bile they spew as a ranged attack. Fire can be used effectively against them. Automatons: Robots with glowing red lights, concentrated in the upper left corner of the galactic map. Their armor is even stronger than that of the bugs, and they are skilled in using ranged weapons.
