What changes have occurred in the meta for different roles (top, jungle, mid, bot) in League of Legends?

Since Riot Games aims to weaken popular champions and strengthen those out of the meta in each patch, there is a meta rotation in different roles. For example, on the top lane, Tryndamere and Riven are becoming popular again. In the jungle, Shaco and Karthus are gaining popularity, and in the mid-lane, Talon and Zoe.
