In 2023, we will crown the first Overwatch World Cup champion of the Overwatch 2 era, and our first champion since 2019. Across the globe, 40 teams will compete across three conferences to earn a spot in the Top 16 and qualify for the LAN finals in the fall of 2023.

Tournament Format

Playoffs will be played in a single-elimination bracket format.

The Top 8 teams will then battle it out in a single-elimination bracket Finals in front of an electric BlizzCon audience from Nov. 3–4.
