BLACK has never been released for PC, so it has no PC system requirements. It came out on Xbox, Xbox One, PlayStation 2. Released in 2006.
Running BLACK on a computer
A console game runs on a computer through an emulator, so the hardware it needs is the emulator's. You still need your own copy of the game.
