Burnout has never been released for PC, so it has no PC system requirements. It came out on GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox. Released in 2001.

Running Burnout on a computer

A console game runs on a computer through an emulator, so the hardware it needs is the emulator's. You still need your own copy of the game.

Dolphin

Dolphin emulates GameCube.

Hardware requirements can vary drastically between games; slower hardware may work but playability and performance are not guaranteed.
