N+ has never been released for PC, so it has no PC system requirements. It came out on Nintendo DS, PSP, Xbox 360. Released in 2008.

Running N+ on a computer

A console game runs on a computer through an emulator, so the hardware it needs is the emulator's. You still need your own copy of the game.
