Soulcalibur has never been released for PC, so it has no PC system requirements. It came out on iOS, Dreamcast, Android, Xbox One, Xbox 360. Released in 1998.
Running Soulcalibur on a computer
A console game runs on a computer through an emulator, so the hardware it needs is the emulator's. You still need your own copy of the game.
