The culmination of the ESL Mistrzostwa Polski summer season where the two highest placing teams AGO and Team Kinguin is waiting in the playoffs for their opponents which will be decided by a qualifying round between the teams that placed 3rd to 6th place in the regular season.

The tournament will run through the 12h of October through the 14th of October 2018.
