ESL One Cologne is back for the seventh year in a row, but this time due to the COVIN-19 situation it will be transformed into a broadcasted tournament without a live-audience

Tournament Format

Group Stage- Two GSL format groups - Each group will have 8 teams - Initial matches are Best-of-One while all following matches are Best-of-Three - Top 3 from each group advance to playoffs:     - 1st place teams are seeded into semifinals     - 2nd & 3rd place teams are seeded into quarterfinals

Playoffs

- The playoffs will all be best-of-three matches except the Grand Final which will be a best-of-five.

- The playoffs will feature a single-elimination bracket.
