Dota2 Professional League (or DPL) is a Chinese Dota league organized by the Sports Information Center of National Sports General Administration, MarsTV and Perfect World.

The DPL season 5 will feature twelve of the best teams in China with a prize pool of (¥1,000,000 CNY) ($159,960).

Tournament Format

Regular Season

- Two groups of 6 teams each, best-of-two round-robin.

- Top 4 teams in each group advance to the Playoffs.

Playoffs

- Best-of-three Single-Elimination bracket with best-of-five for grand finals.
