The 2026 Overwatch World Cup is an international Overwatch 2 esports competition where national teams compete to be crowned world champions. It’s run by Blizzard and has been held since 2016, with a break in some years — but it’s officially returning in 2026 after the 2023 edition

Tournament Format

Group Stage will be played in a round-robin format with 4 groups, and all matches are TBD

The Playoffs will be played in a single-elimination format, and all matches are TBD
