The 2023 VALORANT Champions Tour Americas Last Chance Qualifier is an online event that will serve as a regional qualification stage and the winner of this minor tournament will secure a spot in VALORANT Champions Tour.

Round 1 & Quarterfinals bracket will be played in a single-elimination bracket, and all matches are best-of-three series all remaining brackets will be played in double elimination and all matches are best-of-three except lower final and grand final which are best-of-five series.
