Rift Rivals is a international tournament that is split up into five different tournaments. The Rift Rivals is a response for the community's want for more international events yet its not as grandiose and taxing on the players as MSI and Worlds since it is only close by regions that will be competing among each other.

This is the LCK vs LPL vs LMS Rift Rival and this is the international tournament where it is the most likely that Korea will be upset in. With the relaxed nature and the best-of-one matches it gives the LMS and the LPL a good chance to take home the trophy.

The tournament is played in Dalian, China and will kick off on the 5th of July and will feature the top four teams from the LPL, LCK and LMS.

All matches are best-of-one.

All the teams that has the same spring split seed will be playing each other.

Playoffs

Best-of-five relay race.

The regions that are placed 2nd and 3rd play each other, the winner moves on to meet the 1st seed from the group stage.
