The 2026 League of Legends World Championship 2026 marks the grand conclusion of the annual competitive season in League of Legends esports, bringing together the top teams from every region across the globe to fight for the Summoner’s Cup and the glory of being crowned World Champion. Presented by Riot Games and taking place across the United States.

Tournament Format

The Stage 1 will be a double-elimination bracket and all matches are best-of-five. 4 teams will be participating and the winner from the Play-In advances to the Swiss. The Stage 2 will be a Swiss-style format and matches are best-of-three; all other matches are best-of-one. The Stage 3 will be a Single-elimination bracket and the matches are best-of-five.
