The Overwatch League (OWL) is the premier professional league for Overwatch, hosted by Blizzard Entertainment. The league features franchised city teams from locations all across the globe and a new addition to this years format is that there will be qualified teams from the Overwatch Contenders that have a chance to get a spot in OWL.

Tournament Format

Playoffs will be played in a double-elimination format and in a best-of-five series except for the grand final which will be in a best-of-seven series.
