Although all big companies are switching from the exclusivity of their biggest games, we will see lots of "thanks for the beta test" jokes in a couple of days, as Marvel's Spider-Man 2 has received the release date for PC, and it will arrive relatively soon. The date is January 30, 2025. Although it is after the Christmas season, comic fans would still be glad.

There is one big rotten apple, though. You will be required to have a PlayStation Network account in order to play the game, so lots of countries and regions will be left without adventures of Peter Parker and Miles Morales.

For everyone else, there will be options in both Steam and Epic Games Store. The pages for the game are already available, so if you're not region locked, you may look for more details there.

We'll just remind that on PS5 this game has a high Metacritic score of 90/100. Moreover, the game had seven nominations at The Game Awards 2023, but failed to get a single W.
