Yes, it seems that after her journey from Shurima to Ionia, Zyra has truly become a geisha! This is indicated by her traditional hairstyle and kimono with a classic obi belt. Unfortunately, the priestess's mystery is not revealed to us, so we can only guess at her path of transformation.
However, for Ionia, stories of eerie metamorphoses are nothing new.
