Go to the indicated point and find the NPC named Rosalie. She is hard to miss.
Talk to her, and she will once again tell us that she wants to see a hairstyle from the Simple category on us.
So, press C and look through the entire collection of haircuts you have. The category is located just below the image itself. I personally gave Nikki a haircut from the fisherman set.
It matches the request and looks great. I also picked out an outfit. For some reason, I thought my heroine would look cool in a black tracksuit with such a haircut. You can create your personal look or simply change the haircut temporarily without selecting an outfit.
So, return to Rosalie and click on her. A small cutscene will begin, indicating that you have successfully completed the quest.
