First, I recommend avoiding unnecessary spending. Keep a reserve. However, you also shouldn’t refrain from using Vital Energy entirely because energy regeneration stops when the bar is full.

The maximum amount is 350 units. Every 29 hours, the energy reserve replenishes automatically. However, if your energy is at 0, you’ll have to wait 29 hours and 10 minutes to fully restore it.
In theory, players can simply wait, but there’s another way to regain the desired energy units.

For instance, you can exchange Diamonds, although I personally don’t recommend doing this. Save them for acquiring outfits in the special section (press O to open this menu). It’s better to wait a little instead.
