The esports club M80 announced a change in its starting lineup for Valorant. Nick "nitr0" Cannella has been moved to the bench and replaced by Michael "neT" Bernet. In the comments on the announcement on social media platform X, users speculated that the American player might return to CS.

M80 representatives clarified that nitr0 will remain within the organization's structure, but did not specify in what capacity. Fans of the esports player speculated that he might join the club's CS2 roster. There were also theories about Cannella returning to Team Liquid or joining Complexity Gaming. The player himself has only promised to share news soon.

Nitr0 has been representing M80's Valorant team since January 2024. In 2020-2021, he also played for 100 Thieves in the same discipline. He spent the majority of his esports career in Counter-Strike, playing for Team Liquid. Throughout his career, Nick earned more than $1.1 million of prize money, most of which came from CS:GO, especially Intel Grand Slam Season 2. His twitch channel has more than 147 000 followers.
