The movie based on the cult game Minecraft marches victoriously around the world. Even a month after its premiere, excitement around the movie hasn't waned. Over the past weekend, the film grossed $37.8 million in foreign markets and $60.5 million worldwide.  

To date, the project's global earnings have reached an impressive $816.5 million, including $380 million in North America and $436.6 million in international territories. The top contributing countries were:  

  • United Kingdom ($67.1 million)  
  • Germany ($33.7 million)  
  • Australia ($31.8 million)  
  • Mexico ($28.4 million)  

Although Sinners currently leads in attendance, A Minecraft Movie has already set a significant record—it's been recognized as the highest-grossing Hollywood production of 2025. The only film to surpass its worldwide earnings remains the Chinese animated hit Ne zha zhi mo tong nao hai, with over $1.8 billion.
