Riot Games has officially released the console version of Valorant. The developers announced this on social media and dropped a special trailer. This comes as a surprise as only recently did Riot start an open console beta, and now its shooter got a full launch.

Although the game is now available for all the modern platforms, it will not have a full cross-play. Valorant supports cross-play between consoles, but not with PC clients. Unlike the beta tests, the game can now be downloaded in all regions, not just specific countries.

Game Pass subscribers won't have to unlock agents as the full roster will be available to them. These bonuses are part of the global collaboration between Riot Games and Microsoft.

The console version of Valorant includes the same modes as the PC version, including ranked queues. Additionally, different versions of the shooter share the same inventory and skin collections. Also, important warning: Riot Games bans players who use a keyboard and mouse while playing on consoles.
