Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan - Dota 2 Esports Player

Syed Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan is a professional Dota 2 player of Pakistani/American origin. He’s in the active roster of Nigma Galaxy.

Born in Karachi, Pakistan, SumaiL’s first steps in Dota 2 started when he was 8. Eventually he caught the attention of a well-established player UNiVeRsE, who offered the youngster to his club Evil Geniuses.

SumaiL’s LAN debut with EG took place in Las Vegas from January 6, 2015. HIs first International took place in the same year — 2015, and EG became the champions in a convincing fashion. Next year, however, the team finished 3rd in the same tournament.

After failing to win another TI title with EG throughout the next 3 years, Hassan eventually joined Quincy Crew in 2019 where he joined his brother Yawar “YawaR” Hassan. The one-year journey did not provide enough results and next year he was already a member of OG. Things didn't work out here either, so the player moved to Team Secret in November 2021. The achievements in Secret came to be scarce too, and eventually SumaiL’s departure was announced on May 19, 2022 and after just 9 days SumaiL joined Nigma Galaxy. Syed Hassan’s total earnings are now about $3,835,335 and counting.
