The IEM (Intel Extreme Masters) series tournament is one of the biggest and most awaited events in the professional scene of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament and is organized by ESL and sponsored by many big named companies.

The tournament featured the 16 best teams who will compete for the Grand Final and take home a whopping prize of $250,000 and a spot for the upcoming 2024 IEM katowice tournament.

Tournament Format

The Chinese Qualifier consists of Open Qualifiers #1 and #2 and will be played in a single-elimination format with the best-of-three series.

Group Stage will be played in two double-elimination format (GSL form) groups; the opening matches are best-of-one while the rest of the brackets will be played in the best-of-three.

Lastly, Playoffs will be played in a single-elimination format, and all matches are played in the best-of-three series.
