How to get new skins in CS2?

First, you'll need to purchase the Armory Pass. Along with it, you get one credit, and in total, you can earn 40. These are earned by winning matches. In Competitive/Premier modes, on average, one win equals one credit, while in other modes, stars accumulate much slower. This currency is spent on new cosmetic items.

Graphic, Overpass 2024, and Sport & Field cost four credits each and work like cases: one opening gives one random item. Since rare skins have become fewer, the chance of getting them has also changed. Now the odds are as follows:
- covert – 0.128%;
- classified – 0.64%;
- restricted – 3.2%;
- mil-Spec – 16%;
- industrial – 80%.

It's important to note that these collections don't require an additional key purchase; you only need stars, which are earned by leveling up the Armory Pass.
