But don't rush off just yet! First, you need to properly prepare for the fight. The creature is resistant to Fire, Cold, and Lightning, so bring your strongest physical and chaos attacks. Second, you won’t encounter Xesht during the campaign; this boss resides in the final stage of the Breach activity.

You will first need to complete the story twice and reach the endgame. After that, gather a Breachstone by collecting 300 Breach Splinters. Once you place the stone in the The Realmgate, you will open the path to the Twisted Domain. But that's still not the end.
