As we know, The Sims is all about 1001 ways to die, with characters able to perish from just about anything: from cooking to a simple fire. But is it the same in inZOI? Let's take a look at how easy it is to die in the game.

Car Accident

One of the most common and accessible ways to die is by getting hit by a car. Before a recent update, children were the ones who most often died in such incidents. However, this has been corrected in the recent patch. Since you can drive manually (yes, the game is starting to resemble GTA), it is possible to run someone over. Of course, this isn't easy to do, but it is possible.

Fight

There are no fights in the game in the traditional sense, meaning you cannot die from them—at least not yet. This feature might be added in future updates, but for now, you can’t die from a slap or a light punch to the left. In this regard, the game isn't very realistic because your Zoi will only get a bruise, which will lower their relationship with the aggressor.

Death in the Pool

Back in the wild 2010s, gamers loved building pools and watching Sims die from dehydration and hunger. Over time, this method of death became impossible, as characters learned to get out of the water on their own. But is it the same in inZOI? As of now, developers promise to add pools and the ability to swim in the sea in future updates, so for now, it's impossible to die this way.

Fire

In The Sims, a beginner cook could easily start a fire and perish in it. But in inZOI, any beginner can cook a culinary masterpiece. You can die from fire in the game, of course, but we exclude this method because starting a fire requires considerable effort.

Crime

Yes, there is a prison in the game, but there are almost no ways to commit crimes, so it cannot be said that this would be a cause of death. Right now, your Zoi is more likely to die from dehydration or hunger than from crime. How can you die from something that hardly exists in the game, right? No one will stab you with a knife, and no heart attacks will happen during a robbery. So, we can safely say that inZOI is currently a completely crime-free world.

Fall

One of the dumbest ways to say goodbye to life in the game is falling. Yes, you read that right. It seems like even Sims couldn’t easily leave the mortal world as easily as Zoi. If you fall from slipping in a puddle or water from a flowerpot, your character could easily meet their demise. Ghosts are already in the game, but you can’t control them just yet. In this article, we’ve gone over the simplest ways to die that existed in the competing game The Sims and compared them to the new life simulator from KRAFTON. Of course, we haven’t listed all the options, and some, like anger or poisoning, didn’t make it into this list. As of now, it’s not that easy to die in the game, so we can’t say that inZOI makes it easy to say goodbye to your character.
