Netflix has released the long-awaited animated series Devil May Cry, with all eight episodes now available for streaming. The plot follows Dante, a demon hunter, as he attempts to prevent an invasion from the underworld into Earth. He must defeat a powerful being called the White Rabbit and join forces with Mary, a soldier known as Lady.

The series promises spectacular battles, dynamic animation, and an atmosphere that closely resembles the original Devil May Cry games. A standout feature of the anime is its soundtrack, which includes iconic tracks from Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, Evanescence, and Green Day — familiar tunes for many fans of the franchise.

Unlike traditional episodic releases, all episodes are available from day one, allowing fans to binge the entire series without waiting for new episodes. This is a great opportunity for Devil May Cry fans to experience the anime and relive the legendary story.

Adi Shankar, known for his work on Castlevania and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, serves as the showrunner. The animation was handled by the Korean studio Mir, the team behind The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf and DOTA: Dragon's Blood. Dante is voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch, who previously portrayed Nero in Devil May Cry 4.
