When Valve released the major 7.37 patch for Dota 2, it was anticipated that no significant changes would occur before the conclusion of The International. The current 7.37b update confirms this assumption. While the balance changes are not drastic, a few points in the patch notes deserve special attention.

First, Kaya has been nerfed. Now, mana regeneration and Spell Lifesteal from different items that include Kaya no longer stack. This could be an unpleasant change for heroes that rely heavily on magical damage.

Second, Invoker has received a long-awaited change. Now, casting Quas, Wex, Exort, and Invoke no longer interrupts Channeling spells or breaks invisibility. This buff can be seen as a QoL improvement, particularly aimed at less experienced players who might accidentally worsen their situation with a misclick. Invoker is a complex hero, and additional complexity is unnecessary.

Valve is still trying to figure out what to do with Solar Flare on Mirana. The character has long been considered highly balanced, but in the current meta, she seems to be lacking something. As a result, the developers are gradually strengthening her.

Clockwerk has received a change to his Hookshot facet. Using his ultimate now restores 75% of the mana spent, and the hero gains additional armor instead of a barrier, as was previously the case.
