FISSURE Universe Episode 4 continues, and the past game day was full of events. After six matches, we learned the names of three participants that joined Team Spirit and Tundra Esports in the playoffs, as well as the three squads that finished the competition early. (We would normally use the common phrase "went home" or "headed to the airport," but since the tournament is online, it doesn't quite fit.)

A quick note on the eliminated teams: Night Pulse, Talon, and Wildcard all left the tournament with a 1-3 record. The result was expected, especially considering that each of their matches ended with a 0:2 score.

However, the battle for the playoffs was much more interesting. Team Liquid, Parivision, and Team Tidebound all managed to defeat their opponents, with the Chinese team Team Parivision beating Team Falcons 2-1. Recently, Malr1ne mentioned that there were some issues with team coordination. Now, Team Falcons will have to face BOOM Esports.

Round 5 matchups of the Swiss stage:

  • BOOM Esports โ€” Team Falcons
  • Gaimin Gladiators โ€” 1Win
  • Aurora โ€” BB Team
