The sixth season, titled "Dark Creations", will kick off in Battlefield 2042 on October 10th. In honor of this event, the shooter will temporarily become free. The promotion will run from October 12th to 16th. Two years post-release, Battlefield 2042 offers over 15 maps, more than 100 units of weapons, and over 40 units of vehicles. There are 13 specialists and 6 gameplay modes.

With the start of the new season, the game will feature:

• A map named "Redacted", which represents a secret underground laboratory in Scotland;

• The YUV-2 Pondhawk vehicle;

• Throwing pouches for ammo and medicine;

• 3 weapon models — G428, L9CZ, and VHX D3;

• A battle pass with unique rewards, including skins for specialists, weapons, and vehicles.

Battlefield 2042 is available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5.
