Blizzard has revealed that Diablo IV’s Season 8, called Belial’s Return, kicks off on April 29 at 8 PM Moscow time. This season focuses on the return of Belial, the Lord of Lies, and a creepy new threat—phantom monsters invading Sanctuary.

In this season, players get to fight these mysterious creatures, uncover their secrets, and learn what Belial is really up to. To help with the new challenges, Blizzard is adding borrowed boss powers. You’ll be able to steal deadly abilities from 24 bosses—including Lilith herself—and use them in battle!

There’s also a new Battle Pass packed with cosmetics, and it comes with a cool new system called reliquaries. Players can now choose the order they unlock reward tracks and decide where to spend their currency. There will be four reliquaries to unlock during the season.

Like always, Blizzard is also bringing balance changes and quality-of-life improvements. Plus, a Berserk anime crossover is coming this season—perfect for fans of dark fantasy.
