Epic Games has officially revealed the new Battle Pass skins for Fortnite’s next season.

Unlike previous seasons, this one skips the codename and goes straight to the official title: Wanted. The season’s focus will be on heists, featuring gun-toting villains, gold-filled vans, and explosive bank vaults—everything you’d expect from a high-octane robbery.

The season begins on February 21 and will include a collaboration with the legendary fighting franchise Mortal Kombat. Sub-Zero will join the Battle Pass, and the season’s heist theme will be reflected in the skins.

This collaboration aligns with the promotion of Mortal Kombat 2, the upcoming film starring Karl Urban as Johnny Cage and Adeline Rudolph as Kitana.

Skins will be available for purchase using V-Bucks (Fortnite’s premium currency), with each character costing 1,500 V-Bucks—no price changes here.

The Flare Gun, C4, and the Diplomat turret are confirmed to return, but other weapons remain unconfirmed.

Recalling the previous heist-themed season (Chapter 4 Season 4), players speculate that the EMP Grenade, classic SMGs, Tommy Gun, and even the Grappler might return. However, these are just rumors for now.

A highly anticipated feature is Smart Building, which predicts the structure you need based on your aim direction.

The season’s heist theme also brings a revamped gameplay mechanic, replacing keycards with vault breaches. Players will need Meltanite (Fortnite’s thermite equivalent) to crack open the vaults and claim their rewards.
