The release of the hero shooter FragPunk on consoles is being postponed due to "technical issues." The launch date for the PC version remains unaffected and is still set for March 6. Currently, there are no announced release dates for the console editions.

Bad Guitar, the studio behind FragPunk, has revealed an unexpected delay in launching the console versions of their new hero shooter for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Initially, the game was scheduled to release across all platforms on March 6. However, just two days before the launch, the developers informed players that console gamers will need to wait longer due to unforeseen technical challenges. While a new release date for the console versions hasn't been confirmed, the team assures the community they will be kept updated.

Additionally, Bad Guitar announced that everyone who pre-ordered the game on consoles will receive compensation. This includes a refund option along with in-game bonuses such as credits and rewards from the first season, which will become available once the console versions are released.

Meanwhile, the PC launch of FragPunk is proceeding as planned and is set to happen on March 6.
