Warhorse Studios has unveiled the first major DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, titled Brushes With Death. This expansion introduces a new narrative arc featuring a mysterious painter named Master Vojta. Players will assist him in finding artistic inspiration to create a masterpiece worthy of fame.

This DLC will be accessible shortly after starting the game and won’t require players to finish the main campaign. According to the developers, the content offers more than simple fetch quests, delivering a deeply engaging story that captures the tone and atmosphere the series is known for.

Through Master Vojta, players can paint their shields using a variety of colors, patterns, borders, and emblems. The DLC is scheduled to launch this summer alongside Update 1.3. This patch will add mounted archery, horse racing mini-games, and regional balance changes—most notably, tougher enemies around Kutná Hora to provide a real challenge for veteran players.
