Ubisoft has unveiled a new trailer for Assassin's Creed Shadows, highlighting the standout features of the PC version. The trailer emphasizes support for upscaling technologies, ultra-wide monitors, RTGI, RT Reflections, and extensive settings tailored for lower-spec PCs.

Upon release, the PC version will include support for DLSS 3.7, FSR 3.1, and XeSS 2. The developers are also adding a built-in benchmark tool for performance testing and ensuring compatibility with ultra-wide monitors.

To play the game at 1080p and 30 FPS, the minimum requirements include an Intel Core i7 8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, paired with an NVIDIA GTX 1070 (8 GB) or AMD RX 5700 (8 GB) GPU. For 4K and 60 FPS with ultra settings and advanced ray tracing, players will need an Intel Core i7 13700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor and an RTX 4090 (24 GB) graphics card.

The developers have partnered with Intel for AC Shadows, promising strong optimization for their processors. Performance on AMD systems will be assessed post-launch. Fans are eager to see if the game avoids the stuttering issues that affected earlier titles in the series. Notably, Mirage showed significant improvement in this regard compared to Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla.
Assassin's Creed Shadows will release on March 20 for PC and Consoles.
