The return of Verdansk to Call of Duty: Warzone is not exactly news, but this time, Activision went all out—instead of a standard trailer, they dropped a full-blown blockbuster, and everything about it is just right.

The developers set the action to the legendary "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen (makes you wonder—how would Freddie Mercury feel about his music being everywhere in commercials?). The result? A masterclass in gaming trailers, where every moment of action syncs perfectly with the music.

As for Verdansk itself, this is the first time it's been back since 2021. The map will once again support up to 150 players, and this time, combatants can swim. Another new addition is the Battle Royale Casual mode, which features 120 bots and 28 players—designed as a training ground for newcomers.

Alongside Verdansk’s return, Activision is launching a themed event called "Return to Verdansk", where players can earn special rewards. The trailer hypes it up by reminding fans that Verdansk is still "big" and "crazy", promising to delight Warzone veterans and boost player engagement.
