McDonald's, Sega, and Paramount partnership was unveiled. Sonic arrives in America.

Fans hoped that McDonald's would partner with Sega and Paramount on the franchise's third movie after the fast food had toys in 2022. McDonald's released a new Sonic for Colombian audiences following a lot of conjecture. Twelve unique hedgehogs were displayed in the commercial but noone thought about USA release. Later McDonald's said it will be available in the US too.

A hamburger or chicken McNuggets, a side dish, a drink, and a special Sonic the Hedgehog 3 toy are included with every Sonic Happy Meal. 

The list of eight toys: 

  • Sonic Blue Roller; 

  • Tails Yellow Roller; 

  • Shadow Orange Roller; 

  • Sonic Yellow Roller;

  • Knuckles Red Roller; 

  • Shadow Red Roller;

  • Knuckles White Roller; 

  • Tails Blue Roller.

Additionally, there are two limited-edition packaging designs for the Happy Meals with Sonic or Shadow. Although fans are thrilled about the bundle, the food chain announced other exciting releases in December. In US stores, McDonald's revived the McRib for the holiday season.
