How many is too many? When it comes to the opportunity to make money, there is no upper limit. Former professional Overwatch player and now super successful streamer xQc received a large contract from Kick but continues to stream on Twitch.

Recently, the Canadian shared figures on how much money the ads he runs on Twitch during streams bring him. xQc stated that if he stopped showing ads on the purple platform, he would lose about $6,000 per day. For comparison: throughout his professional Overwatch career, xQc earned just over $14,500. (And in case you wondered, his total prize money earnings slightly exceed $50,000 as later he took part in different streamer tournaments).

The streamer calculated that if he streamed every day year-round, the ads would give him roughly two million dollars. A respectable figure for one of the most popular faces in the gaming industry. However, for a more realistic approach, we should divide that number by two and still it will be a seven-figure sum.
