Ubisoft is set to officially reveal the Battle for Brooklyn expansion for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 on April 23, but insider Tom Henderson has already shared some key details. According to him, players should temper their expectations, as the upcoming DLC will reportedly be the smallest ever released in the history of the franchise.

Henderson claims that Battle for Brooklyn will launch toward the end of May and that its price will be $15. The limited scale of the DLC might come as a disappointment to fans hoping for major content additions, but all details will be clarified during the livestream.

Originally, the expansion was supposed to release sometime in 2024, but it has been delayed multiple times, including a push in January that moved it out of Season 6’s content roadmap. Ubisoft has not provided an official reason for the delays, though development challenges have been hinted at.

Despite the modest scope of this DLC, Ubisoft has confirmed that The Division 3 is currently in development. While the release window remains uncertain, the studio’s continued investment in the franchise is clear.
