Blizzard has unveiled the content roadmap for Diablo IV throughout 2025. The plans for this year are very ambitious, so it is great to see that developers are confident in themselves. Players can look forward to three major seasonal updates, significant gameplay improvements, and two crossovers with other universes.

  • The first update, titled "Return of Belial," launches in April and runs through July. In it, players will battle the Lord of Lies, Belial, as well as two bosses from the expansion.
  • The second update, "Sins of the Horadrim," brings us back to Nightmare Dungeons and a hunt for the barons of Hell.
  • In the fall, "Infernal Chaos" will be the update with a focus on the Infernal chords. More choices, more options.

Beyond seasonal content, 2025 will also bring keyboard and mouse support for consoles—one of the most requested features by players. Blizzard also plans to rework the battle pass, aiming to make progression more flexible and rewards more appealing.
