FragPunk, the high-octane 5v5 tactical shooter from NetEase Games and Bad Guitar Studio, is officially launching on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S this April 29, 2025. After a short delay in March caused by final optimization work, the game is now ready to land on consoles with full cross-play and progression. Players can jump between PC and consoles without losing progress or rewards.

FragPunk stands out with its signature Shard Card system over 150 game-altering cards that modify rules mid-match, from changing gravity to enlarging enemy heads. Combined with a roster of 13 playable Lancers, each with unique powers, every round becomes a chaotic and strategic battleground. The combination of these elements keeps matches fresh and unpredictable.

To make up for the delay, console players will receive all Season 1 rewards earned up to April 29. This includes in-game currency, cosmetics, and XP boosts. Those who pre-purchased the Pioneer Bundle will also receive bonus launch gifts. FragPunk is free-to-play and controller-friendly, with aim assist improvements tailored for console users.

Having already attracted over 110,000 concurrent players on PC, FragPunk is now ready to make its mark on consoles with seamless cross-platform support.
