Renowned insider Jeff Grubb has stated that he received an independent confirmation pointing to the imminent reveal of the remake for The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. According to him, the announcement may happen during the week of April 21. 

Bethesda remains tight-lipped despite mounting chatter. A recent response from their support team reiterated that there is no official information regarding an Oblivion remake and offered apologies for any misunderstanding — a standard reply for unconfirmed projects.

As more insiders joined the conversation, updates became more frequent. A source known as Detective Seeds initially predicted a release on April 3, but later corrected himself, shifting focus to the week starting April 21 — a timeline now echoed by Grubb.
