Though Kingdom Come: Deliverance II launched in far better condition compared to the original, the game isn’t without its technical flaws—a challenge inherent to large-scale RPGs with ambitious designs. Warhorse Studios continues to focus on post-launch improvements, and their next patch looks set to be a monumental effort.

During a recent interview with Tech4gamers, global PR manager Tobias Stolz-Zwilling disclosed that the forthcoming patch will address over 1,000 bugs.

"This patch has been in development for over five months and includes well over a thousand fixes."

As expected, gamers are eager to know if the patch will bring notable additions beyond just bug corrections, such as new gameplay mechanics or quality-of-life upgrades. Given the lengthy preparation period, there’s hope for meaningful enhancements, though specifics will only emerge once the full patch notes are unveiled.

However, initial capabilities will be restricted; for instance, players won’t initially have the ability to craft custom missions. The studio intends to enhance modding tools moving forward. No precise timeline for the patch’s arrival has been provided as of yet.
