While the ARC World Tour 2024 final tournament is taking place in Los Angeles, bringing together competitions for several games from ARC System Works, the developers are traditionally sharing big in-game news.

Venom, the second DLC fighter of the fourth season, will join Guilty Gear Strive tomorrow. In the meantime, we can enjoy his gameplay trailer.In combat, Venom uses a pool cue and balls.

ARC System Works has announced a total of four new characters for this season. Unika will arrive in the spring, and in the summer, the guest character Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners will join the roster.

Interestingly, Lucy almost didn't make it into Guilty Gear Strive. The game's developers originally wanted to collaborate with CD Projekt Red, but the first candidate considered was Ciri from The Witcher series. In the end, things played out as they did, although we still don’t know much about Lucy’s gameplay just yet.

As for the main heroine from the anime by TRIGGER studios, we’ll have to wait for that, but for now, we can enjoy Venom’s gameplay.
