The NieR: Automata crossover DLC for Stellar Blade is set to release on November 20. A recent trailer included a note indicating the content would be paid, and developers at Shift Up have confirmed this. While the exact price has not been disclosed, there’s also good news.
An update, also launching on November 20, will be completely free. It will add a photo mode with various filters and settings, several free costumes, and the option to remove the ponytail from the main character Eve’s hairstyle. Other changes and bug fixes are also expected as part of the update.
As for the NieR: Automata crossover, players will be able to meet Emil for an unspecified price. This enigmatic character, a central figure in the NieR universe, will offer 11 new cosmetic items inspired by Yoko Taro's world.
To recap, Stellar Blade launched in April exclusively for PlayStation 5, selling over one million copies. The game received high praise from critics and players alike, and a PC release is planned for 2025.
