Perfect World and PGL might be responsible for the second Major in 2024. This information appeared on HLTV. 

It’s reported that the championship is allegedly scheduled for December 1st to December 15th, 2024 in Shanghai. RMR qualifications may take place from October 26th to November 13th.

The HLTV journalists mentioned that company wanted to make the second championship in one from Asian countries in 2023. However, the Valve's developers decided to focus on the CS2 release.

The first Major will be in the spring of 2024. The tournament will take place from March 17th to March 31st in Denmark. The prize pool is set at $1.25 million.

If no changes are made, the CS2 championship in 2024 will be the first one held in Asia. It will be the first Major tournament for CS2 in the region. RMR will continue to follow the trend of dividing into zones: Asia, Americas, and Europe. The event will start in Europe, then move on to Asia and America. Currently, there is no information on which cities the event will take place in.
