What can be better than the announcement of a new project right after the success? Soon after the release of Silent Hill 2 remake, Bloober Team revealed the new project titled Cronos: The New Dawn. The next game from the studio is a third-person sci-fi horror set in a post-apocalyptic future following a cataclysm known as the Change.

The story centers around the Wanderer, an agent of a mysterious organization called Collective, who is sent to 1980s Poland to locate key individuals who perished in the disaster and transfer their essences through time. Bloober Team promises to create a dark universe that blends Eastern European brutalism with retro-futuristic technology, paired with a gripping story.

The developers revealed that the world of Cronos: The New Dawn will be filled with dangers, and survival will depend on the ability to adapt quickly and think ahead. The protagonist will use futuristic weapons to fight the creatures inhabiting the ruins of human civilization.

Bloober Team plans to release the game in 2025. The platforms will be PC and Xbox.
